By accessing or using the website located at sunlandparkinsulation.com (the "Site"), operated by Sunland Park Insulation ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site or request services from us.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors to the Site and all customers who engage us for insulation services. Using our Site or submitting a service request constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Sunland Park Insulation provides residential and commercial insulation services in Sunland Park, NM and surrounding areas. Services include, but are not limited to, spray foam insulation, attic insulation, blown-in insulation, wall insulation, crawl space insulation, vapor barrier installation, air sealing, and insulation removal.
All services are performed by or under the supervision of licensed personnel. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue any service request at our discretion.
Estimates provided by Sunland Park Insulation - whether by phone, email, or in-person assessment - are good-faith approximations based on information available at the time of the estimate. An estimate is not a binding contract or guarantee of final price.
Final pricing may change if site conditions differ materially from what was observed during the initial assessment, if the scope of work changes at the customer's request, or if unforeseen conditions are discovered once work begins. We will notify you of any material price changes before proceeding.
All written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
Once a job is scheduled, we ask for at least 48 hours advance notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a service fee to cover our crew's time and travel.
We will make every reasonable effort to arrive on time and complete work within the estimated timeframe. Unforeseen conditions, weather events, or supply delays may occasionally affect scheduling. We will communicate any significant delays as promptly as possible.
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless a separate written payment schedule has been agreed upon in advance. We accept payment by cash, check, and major credit cards. Any agreed deposit is non-refundable if the customer cancels less than 48 hours before a scheduled job start.
Invoices not paid within 30 days of completion may be subject to a late payment fee. If collection efforts are required, the customer agrees to pay all reasonable collection costs, including attorney fees, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
You agree to provide accurate information about your home and the work requested. You are responsible for ensuring that access to the work area is clear before our crew arrives. For jobs requiring the home to be vacated (such as spray foam insulation application), you agree to vacate the property and follow all instructions provided by our crew regarding re-entry timing.
If our crew arrives and cannot access the work area due to conditions you could reasonably have addressed in advance, a trip charge may apply.
We stand behind our workmanship. If a defect in our installation is identified within one year of the job completion date, we will return to inspect and correct the issue at no charge to you, provided the issue is related to our installation and not to subsequent damage, misuse, or modification by others.
Material warranties are governed by the terms of the respective product manufacturers and are separate from our workmanship warranty. We make no representations or warranties regarding the performance of third-party products beyond what the manufacturer provides.
The Site and all information on it are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sunland Park Insulation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Site or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
All content on this Site - including text, images, logos, and design - is the property of Sunland Park Insulation or its content providers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent.
If you have a dispute with us, we ask that you contact us directly first so we can attempt to resolve it informally. Most issues can be resolved quickly through a direct conversation. You can reach us by phone or email using the contact information below.
If informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law. You waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit against us. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in New Mexico.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
